From a serious railroad collector estate, a nice plaque from Museum Stoomtram, Hoorn-Medemblik, Netherlands. About 2-7/8" square, it appears to be made of ceramic or similar material. Says handmade. Super nice glossy front finish with some crazing as shown. We suspect this is from the 70s, perhaps earlier, but you be the final judge on vintage as we are unsure.
