Quick Twist On/Off Antenna Mount

For use with antennas having a 3/8x24 thread mounting. Simply attach your antenna to the mount. Makes for quick work unhooking or changing your antenna. Nice heavy duty design in chrome over brass. Assembled mount length end to end about 1-7/8 inches, be sure to add this length to your antenna resonance calculations and use much like you would if using a spring. 

Not designed for the "long" whips or antennas for mobile use, it is best suited for up to 3 or 4 foot for that use. However if you are doing Parks On The Air and not mobile, you can use a significantly longer antenna with the mount. Tighten as needed, if using mobile it is best to tighten it well for the stud and the antenna, if for POTA use, you can easily just hand tighten. This really make use with your tripod or other mount easily to set up and take down.
