SPDT.  2 Watts Max power. Very low insertion loss and high isolation depending on freq. See image for pinout of ribbon cable. Can be connected as common negative drive, common positive drive or polarity reversal drive (see specs for a Keysight 8765 for more information on connecting the ribbon cable if you cannot locate specs on the 33314-60012).
