Anritsu. Model MM700022A. SMA connectors. 12VDC coil. DC-13 GHz. SPDT. Port not in use will separate from common and will go to ground. These are dandy little SPDT RF Switches in a nice form factor. Power handling or other specs is not available, but it definitely is LOW power and may be best used for receive paths. These are left over from a previous project. Measures about 2-3/4" x 1-3/8" x 1-1/6". Used. Please google for more information, specs, size and wiring if needed.
