Antex Cosmowide. Model BS-S30. Combiner mixer device. What you can do with this is run your outside TV antenna into the U-V port and the satellite into the BS-IF port. Combines the signal onto one coax. You will need one of these outside (mixer) to combine the signals and one inside (splitter) to split it back out. Works with VHF FM/TV from 55 to 222 MHz and 470 to 890 MHz and a satellite having a IF of 950 to 2050 MHz. Please know what you are doing as we cannot offer technical advice or support.
