Non energized connections are ports 1 & 3 and 2 & 4, energized connections are ports 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. These are excess from a special project and while some are used and some may be unused they all are considered sold as used. Expect the usual dust, scrapes, dings, dents, etc from bin storage.
