You get one strap. Approximately 8" eye to eye. Eye hole is about 1/4" in diameter. About a 1/2" wide. Covered with the color coded insulation for a ground or bond. These are relatively high dollar straps used on cellular and telco applications. They are pulls from equipment taken out of service and will have varying degrees of dust/dirt and color. You can't make these quality straps for the money! I like and use these on my ham gear as they are covered with a heavy cut resistant insulation and not just bare cable to short things out as I tend to do sometimes :)
